For the past fourteen years, I have had the honor to provide quality childcare services to Memphis and its surrounding areas.


When I started many years ago, there wasn’t a leader in this space offering mentorship and guidance. I leaned on the vision that God gave me, and I rolled my sleeves up and made things happen.


I have made so many mistakes along the way, but my success with my parents and students have out weighted my blunders.

I started out with an in-home childcare business, and then I expanded to three full-service childcare centers with several afterschool programs. I have an ongoing partnership with Shelby County School District helping them prep their children for the SAT/ACT tests. I have a CDA (Child Development Associates) from the Council for Professional Recognition and a plethora of other credentials and certifications.

There are several moving parts when it comes to growing a sustainable business in this industry. I want to make sure you don’t get lost. I have also served as Property Manager for the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church’s International Headquarters, sales & leasing agent with Crye-Leike Property Management, an independent sales and leasing broker with Memphis Property Management Professionals. While with Crye-Leike Property Management, I consistently ranked among the top 5 producers within the company.


I have held two offices with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), local board President and Commercial Investment Division’s National Treasurer. As the largest minority trade organization in the US, NAREB is an advocate for minority participation in the Nation’s Housing Policies.


I am a graduate of the Fogelman College of Business located on the campus of the University of Memphis. I hold real estate brokerage licenses in Tennessee and Mississippi. I am a proud member of NAR, TAR, MAR, MAAR, NAREB, CCIM.
